Contemplating Christmas: Concerning Snow DriftsBidding Splinter goodnight, Dominique watched as he left the kitchen to retire to his room for the evening. And soon, a smile appeared on her face because for the first time in a long time, Dominique felt as though she belonged, truly belonged, to a loving family. It was something that she hadn't felt since she had been ripped away from the only real home that she had ever known. A home that she had been desperate to return to. It was why she had spent so many sleepless nights studying in hopes of earning a scholarship to Texas University. It was why she had worked every shift that was available, so that she might earn enough money for a one-way ticket back to the only person that made her feel like she was wanted and loved. To the only person that made her feel like she mattered. It was all that she had wanted, but then, something truly amazing happened.Contemplating Christmas: Concerning Snow Drifts by Dominique-Lefalle

Contemplating Christmas: Wise Men's GiftsDonatello tore his gaze away from the wires that he was soldering as the creak of the old barn door alerted him that someone had entered his domain. Setting the soldering gun aside, he carefully removed the goggles that protected his eyes and set them to rest on top of his head. Chocolate brown orbs focused on the spot where he believed that in a moment someone would appear, however, no one came. Was it the wind he wondered? Not likely, he hadn't heard any great gusts of the wind outside these walls. Then what? His brow ridge furrowed as a frown settled upon his face. Was Michelangelo trying to sneak up on him? Or worse yet, Casey waiting to ambush him with another snowball attack?Contemplating Christmas: Wise Men's Gifts by Dominique-Lefalle
"Donnie?" a familiar female's voice called out and he visibly relaxed as he recognized the woman's voice.
"Back here Dom!" he called as he stood and stretched out his sore muscles. How long had he been out here today he wondered as he l
Contemplating Christmas: Fireside ChatThe logs in the fireplace crackled as the firelight cast a soft glow over the living room. Lights flickered from the twinkling lights on the large Christmas tree that was adorned with antique red and green bulbs and origami animals. Melodic Christmas music played softly, however the sole occupant of the room paid it no mind. In fact, he seemed unaware of anything else in the room, as he sat facing the fireplace, his elbows resting on his knees as he leaned forward and stared at the ornately wrapped box that rested on the coffee table.Contemplating Christmas: Fireside Chat by Dominique-Lefalle
And so, when a voice filtered through his thoughts, he flinched.
Tearing his gaze away from the tiny gift-wrapped package, a small smirk appeared on his face as his gaze settled upon his brother. "Splinter Junior." he teased upon finding Leonardo wearing a dark blue Haori jacket and a pair of blue and white stripped Hakama pants.
Leonardo's features twisted into a frown. "Are you done?" he asked, wondering if his brother was going

Christmas music played softly on the radio in the old delivery van that trudged through the snow, although Raphael neither heard the song that was playing, nor the conversation that Leonardo and Keno were having. His attention was elsewhere, focused solely on the face of the young woman whose head rested in his lap. Watching her sleep, a small smile tugged at the corners of his mouth as he absentmindedly stroked her dark hair. It was not long after they left New York City, that she had curled up next to him in the back of the van to rest her eyes for a moment, a moment that stretched out to last the entirety of their nearly three-hour drive. And although he had hoped for some conversation, since he had not seen her the entire day due to the fact that she had wanted to make certain that everything was in order before she left, he was more than content to allow her to use his lap as a pillow. It was moments like these that he cherished. Moments that made him feel
I'm an online gamer. Most people online simply know me as Dom or Dommie. I've been a storyteller for a few different rooms, and three different genres. Latest obsession is TMNT. Started an online, creative writing rpg after a few friends and I spent the night griping about the new movie. Decided to see what havoc I could cause in the TMNT Universe. Since I've already traumatized players in the WOD Universe. For a glimpse of the new villain read Karato/Christine the beginning of the end.
