I'm an online gamer. Most people online simply know me as Dom or Dommie. I've been a storyteller for a few different rooms, and three different genres. Latest obsession is TMNT. Started an online, creative writing rpg after a few friends and I spent the night griping about the new movie. Decided to see what havoc I could cause in the TMNT Universe. Since I've already traumatized players in the WOD Universe. ;) For a glimpse of the new villain read Karato/Christine the beginning of the end.

Been a long time...

It has been a very long time since I have signed into DeviantArt with the intention of doing anything. Today, I signed in, not for myself, but to help someone else create a page. While working on their page, I started to think about DeviantArt and all the wonderful friends that I had made here while writing and sharing my TMNT story. I had the best intentions of continuing that story, however, after my dad passed away, I fell into a horrible depression, one that has hung on for over a year. Presently, I'm taking steps, small steps, to pull myself out of this horrible state that I am in. One of the more recent steps, is helping GG make a page here to showcase her art. I'm still working on working through this depression and getting a handle on my anxiety and PSTD, but, I know that I'd like to start writing again. I'd like to finish the story that I started so many years ago. I just need to find that spark...and then I can start telling the story that I had intended to share with

It has been a while since my last update.  Honestly, I can not believe that it is now May.  Lately, the days seem to blur together due to what is going on. My hopes for continuing my story had been dashed. As shortly after I posted my intentions, a series of events unfolded that ended with my father passing away in December.  Losing my dad was difficult.  Especially with the circumstances surrounding his death.  Depression hit hard, and I shut down for a while. It has been quite a while since I have done any creative writing for the fan fiction that I began a few years ago.  A fanfiction that my best friend, who passed away in November of 2018, encouraged me to write.  I had many difficulties during the time that I was telling this story and eventually had to take a hiatus.  A much longer hiatus than I had expected.  And for that, I apologize to everyone that was watching me.
